UKU GSM

UKU control console makes sauna heating very easy and comfortable. With UKU GSM you can heat your sauna on the spot or do it from your phone through HUUM mobile app. UKU GSM has a built-in GSM module and it connects to the mobile app through mobile data, so no Wi-Fi is needed. UKU comes with several safety and extra features for a pleasant sauna experience. It can be used with different manufacturers’ heaters.’

Using the app with UKU GSM is free for the first year and costs 29 €/year thereafter. Annual fee includes mobile application features, mobile data, secure server, unlimited mobile application users, application and remote control software updates. The remote control can always be used also without the mobile app.

Heat your sauna from your phone

With HUUM mobile app you can heat your sauna comfortably from wherever you are. Whether you are at the end of a long working day or going out for a run, with a couple of clicks on your phone you can have hot sauna waiting for you when you get home. You can choose the beginning and end time of the heating, set the desired temperature and check the current temperature at any given moment.

To get started, simply download the app, create an account and connect the app to your remote control. The remote control will establish a mobile data connection in 30 minutes, after which it is ready for use.

Choosing a remote control

UKU Wi-Fi needs to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to connect to the mobile app. That is why it is suitable for home saunas or other saunas that are already in Wi-Fi range.

UKU GSM allows you to use the mobile app option even if your sauna is not in Wi-Fi range or it is inconvenient to set it up. It is a good solution, for example, for holiday houses that are not in use all year round.

      What is best for your sauna?

      To find out which sauna heater is suitable for you, please insert below the requested information and preferences about your sauna. What are the dimensions of your sauna room? Do you prefer your heater installed on the floor or on the wall? Would you like to control your sauna only from the control unit or also use the remote control function through the mobile app?
      Dimensions of sauna (m)
      Multiply the height by the width and the length in meters.
      Do you have a glass door?
      Glass door adds + 1,5 m² to your sauna volume.
      Non-insulated walls (m )2
      In case there are any uninsulated brick, tile, glass or log walls in the sauna room, an additional volume of 1.5 m³ for each m² of such wall should be added to the sauna room size calculation.
